The treehouse

I have an imaginary treehouse with one of my best friends. It's our special place to go, and talk about anything. It's pretty big for a treehouse. More like a house in a tree: It has a kitchen, and multiple beds, and pillows all over the floor, a couch or two, and lovely views. One view looks out over a meadow of long grass, the other looks into the forest of trees on the other side.
We know that when either of us climbs into the treehouse, we need to talk about something, or sometimes we don't need to talk at all. Just sit there. It's nice, not awkward like some silences. I think I could sit for quite some time and feel perfectly happy without breaking the silence. Talking is good too though. We can talk for hours about anything and everything. I guess that's why I named this blog Elfkin's Treehouse. Because I was thinking of our treehouse.
Thinking of you my friend, always.
Your personal Sunshine.
